The best WiFi marketing software is the one that gets guest data into the tools you already market with. Spotipo suits venues that want to keep their router and sync logins straight into Mailchimp, HubSpot or Klaviyo. Beambox and Bloom Intelligence suit venues that want email built in, Purple suits large enterprises, and MyWiFi Networks suits agencies reselling under their own brand.
Every WiFi marketing software vendor promises to turn guest logins into customers. The differences show up later, when you try to get those contacts into your email platform, trigger a welcome message, or prove you asked for consent.
So this comparison scores each platform on marketing capability first. Router compatibility and login types matter, but they come second, because a platform that works with your hardware and then traps your data isn't much use to a marketer.
A quick word on bias. We make Spotipo, and it's on this list. To keep things fair, each platform gets a "best for" label instead of a rank, every feature and price comes from the vendor's own website as checked in September 2026, and we've left out prices that aren't published. Pricing pages change, so check before you buy.
How we compared these WiFi marketing platforms
Five questions did most of the work.

Integrations came first. Does it connect natively to the ESP or CRM you already use, or does everything go through Zapier? Native connections break less and map custom fields properly.
Then automation. Can it trigger a welcome email after a first login or a win-back email when a regular disappears? Some platforms do this themselves. Others hand the data to your ESP, which is fine if you have one.
Then segmentation. A list of 5,000 emails with no context is worth far less than 5,000 contacts tagged by venue, visit pattern and the custom fields you collected at login.
Then data export. You should own your list, which means CSV at minimum, and ideally an API or webhooks.
And finally GDPR handling. Consent has to be collected clearly at login, and you should know where guest data is stored.
After those five, we looked at hardware compatibility and login types.

The 7 best WiFi marketing software platforms for 2026
1. Spotipo
Best for: venues and MSPs that want to keep their existing router and push guest data into the email platform or CRM they already use.

Spotipo is cloud guest WiFi software that runs on more than 30 router brands, including UniFi, MikroTik, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, TP-Link Omada and Aruba, without firmware changes.
Its marketing strength is integration depth. It connects natively to Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailjet, Campaign Monitor, iContact, Mailrelay, Dotmailer and Airship, with Zapier covering the rest. The full list is on the integrations page.
In Mailchimp, for example, guests are added to your audience automatically, and you can map extra fields, apply tags or a static segment, and export only guests who explicitly consented. The Mailchimp export guide walks through it. Splash pages can collect unlimited custom fields, so you can segment by anything you ask at login.
Inside Spotipo, there's a campaign editor with email and splash page templates, plus paid WiFi through Stripe with automatic upsell emails.
Where it's weaker: Spotipo doesn't try to be your email platform. Deeper segmentation and multi-step automation happen in your ESP, and there are no review tools. If you want everything in one bill, Beambox or Bloom will feel more complete.

2. Purple
Best for: enterprise and multinational venue groups that need deep CRM integration and multilingual portals.

Purple has three guest WiFi plans. Connect is free and covers a secure captive portal, branded splash pages, 25 languages and network analytics. Capture adds first-party data capture, CRM integration, detailed WiFi analytics and email verification. Engage adds customized access journeys, personalized communications, the full integration suite, and Passpoint and profile authentication.
Named integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Eagle Eye, plus an SDK and open API. That list is built for large teams with an enterprise CRM.
Where it's weaker: the marketing features sit on quote-based plans, so you can't compare cost up front, and it's likely more platform than a small group needs.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Integrations | Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Eagle Eye, SDK, open API |
| Login types | Captive portal with data capture, Passpoint and profile authentication on Engage |

3. Beambox
Best for: single venues like cafés, bars and gyms that want WiFi, email, SMS and reviews in one bill.

Beambox bundles marketing into the WiFi product. Essential starts at $40 a month billed yearly, with a brandable login, data capture, social logins, a guest database, and time and bandwidth limits. Growth, from $60, adds unlimited email sends, behavior-based automation, segmentation and integrations with Mailchimp, Twilio and Zapier. Pro, from $80, adds review automation, 250 SMS sends a month, QR codes and API access.
Hardware is flexible: Beambox's own plug-and-play access point, cloud integrations for UniFi, Meraki and Omada, or self-install guides for Aruba, MikroTik, Ruckus and Cambium.
Where it's weaker: direct integrations are mostly Mailchimp and Twilio, and they don't start until the Growth plan.

| Login types | Custom data capture form, social logins, QR codes on Pro |
| Pricing model | Essential from $40/mo, Growth from $60/mo, Pro from $80/mo, billed yearly. 30-day trial |

4. Bloom Intelligence
Best for: restaurants and restaurant groups that want WiFi data combined with POS, reservation and review data.

Bloom is an AI restaurant marketing platform, with guest WiFi as one data source among several. Pricing is per location. The Customer Data Platform plan costs $105 a month billed annually ($115 monthly) and covers guest data consolidation, unlimited guest profiles and AI segmentation. Marketer ($160 annually) adds AI campaign creation, email and SMS automation, unlimited email sends and ROI tracking. Enterprise+ ($220 annually) adds automated review responses and sentiment analysis.
Named integrations include Toast, OpenTable, Olo, Yelp and Google, with 18 more sources mentioned. Bloom's installation guide describes shipping a pre-configured Cisco Meraki access point that plugs into your existing router.
Where it's weaker: it has the highest published per-location price on this list, and it's built around restaurants.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Integrations | Toast, OpenTable, Olo, Yelp, Google, plus 18 more sources |
| Login types | Guest WiFi data capture (details not listed on the pricing page) |
| Pricing model | Per location, from $105/mo billed annually. Cancel anytime in the first 90 days |

5. MyPlace
Best for: hospitality venues on UniFi, Meraki, Ruckus or Cambium that want visit-triggered emails and review generation.

MyPlace focuses on what happens after the login. It triggers welcome emails, win-back campaigns and loyalty offers based on real visit behavior, and segments guests by visit frequency, dwell time, location and custom fields. It connects to Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo and Zapier, builds Facebook and Google audiences, and offers API keys and webhooks. Review generation is a separate feature. MyPlace states GDPR and CCPA compliance through explicit consent.
Where it's weaker: there's no public pricing, and the named hardware list is shorter than most here.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Integrations | Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zapier, Facebook and Google audiences, API keys and webhooks |
| Login types | Social and form-based WiFi login |
| Pricing model | Not published. Quote or free trial |
| Data hosting | Not disclosed |
6. Social WiFi
Best for: hotels and restaurants that want to turn WiFi logins into paid ad audiences.

Social WiFi's standout is ad integration. Login data can feed audiences on Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok and X. On the email side, it connects to 11 tools including Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Revinate and Profitroom, plus Zapier through webhooks.
There's plenty built in too: a drag-and-drop email editor, WhatsApp campaigns, Google review requests and visit-based loyalty rewards. The company is based in Poland and offers GDPR consent forms with configurable data retention.
Where it's weaker: if you already run email through Klaviyo or HubSpot, you'll pay for built-in channels you won't use.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Integrations | 11 ESP and CRM tools, Zapier via webhooks, 5 ad platforms, API |
| Login types | Google, Facebook, X, email, QR code |
| Pricing model | From $29/mo. Hotel plans priced by room count, malls and airports on quote. 14-day trial |

MyWiFi Networks is built for resellers, and every plan includes white-label branding and RADIUS authentication. Connect costs $199 a month for 5 locations, with email campaigns, SMS broadcasts, presence analytics and scheduled reports. Growth, at $499 for 20 locations, adds automation triggers, API export, Zapier and webhooks. Scale, at $999 for 100 locations, adds HubSpot and a developer API.
Where it's weaker: the pricing only makes sense at reseller scale, and automation and Zapier don't start until the $499 plan.
| Spec | Detail |
|---|---|
| Integrations | Zapier, webhooks and API export from Growth, HubSpot and developer API from Scale |
| Login types | WhatsApp, SMS, email, passcode, OAuth |

How to choose the right WiFi marketing platform
Start with where your marketing already lives. If you have an ESP or CRM you're happy with, pick the platform with the cleanest native connection to it and let your ESP handle segmentation and automation. That's the approach Spotipo is built for, and our guide to building marketing lists from guest WiFi logins explains how it works in practice. Running UniFi and Mailchimp? The UniFi Mailchimp integration walkthrough shows the whole flow.

If you don't have an ESP and don't want one, Beambox makes more sense for a single venue. Restaurants on Toast or OpenTable should look closely at Bloom. Enterprise teams on Salesforce or Dynamics will be at home with Purple. Resellers should compare MyWiFi Networks with Spotipo's white-label options. And if paid social drives your bookings, Social WiFi is worth a look.
We left out single-niche tools like StayFi for vacation rentals. If you're weighing a marketing-led platform against a straight login portal, our pages on captive portal software and the 7 best captive portal platforms cover that side. New to all this? Start with what WiFi marketing is.
Whichever you shortlist, run one test during the trial. Connect a phone, log in, and time how long it takes for that contact to appear in your ESP with the consent flag attached. That tells you more than any feature page.

FAQ
What is WiFi marketing software?
WiFi marketing software turns your guest WiFi login page into a data capture point. Guests share an email, phone number or social profile for access, and the platform records consent and passes the data to your email or CRM tools.
What's the best WiFi marketing platform for restaurants?
It depends on your stack. Restaurants that want an all-in-one tool tied to POS and reservations tend to look at Bloom Intelligence or Beambox. Restaurants already using Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot usually get more from a platform like Spotipo that syncs guests straight into those tools.
Which WiFi marketing software works with Mailchimp?
Spotipo, Purple, Beambox (Growth plan and up), MyPlace and Social WiFi all list Mailchimp integrations. Spotipo adds guests to your Mailchimp audience automatically, with tags, field mapping and an option to export only consented guests.
Is WiFi marketing GDPR compliant?
It can be, if the platform collects clear consent at login, keeps a record of it, and stores data somewhere you can account for. Spotipo can show an explicit consent screen before login and hosts data on Google Cloud in Belgium.
How much does WiFi marketing software cost?
Published prices on this list run from about $29 to $235 per location a month for single venues, and reseller plans start around $199 a month for several locations. Spotipo starts at $49 per location a month billed annually. Some vendors only share prices on request.
Does guest WiFi software work with my existing router?
Usually, but support varies a lot. Spotipo works with more than 30 router and controller brands without firmware changes, while some competitors ship their own access point or support a handful of vendors.
Do I need an email platform as well as WiFi marketing software?
Not always. All-in-one tools like Beambox and Bloom include email sending. If you already have an ESP or CRM, a platform that syncs cleanly into it saves you paying twice.
Try WiFi marketing software built around your stack
If your email platform and CRM are already set up, you don't need another one. You need WiFi marketing software that captures consented guest data on your existing router and delivers it automatically to the tools you use every day.
That's what Spotipo does, across 30+ router brands and 10 native marketing integrations, with data hosted in the EU. Plans are priced per location, and you can compare them on the pricing page.
